Job Description-
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, handling a variety of tasks to assist in the smooth running of daily operations.
Roles and Responsibilities-
- Provide administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing schedules.
- Maintain office files and records, ensuring they are up to date and easily accessible.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including arranging agendas and taking minutes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails.
- Assist with procurement activities, such as purchasing office supplies and equipment.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualification-
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
Skills Required-
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
