There is no refund policy for services offered at GetMedJob.com (a brand of FuturaNexus Private Limited) for Candidate as well as Employer. Once the payment is made for any services, No Refund shall be applicable. No refund in Part or Full shall be applicable once the services are availed by the Employer. No refund is applicable on account of dissatisfaction for the services availed on the GetMedJob platform. A refund request shall be processed only in case of a double amount remittance/transfer by the candidate or Employer due to any reason whatsoever. In such a scenario, only the extra amount received shall be refunded back to the remitter within 5-7 days. However, GetMedJob (FuturaNExus Private Limited) shall not be liable to refund the single payment received towards any service availed.
