Refund Policy

For candidates there is no refund policy for services offered at GetMedJob.com (a brand of FuturaNexus Private Limited). Once the payment is made for any services, No Refund shall be applicable. For MedPoints purchased by the Employer, there is no Refund policy once the MedPoints are purchased. No refund in Part or Full shall be applicable once the services are availed by the Employer. No refund is applicable on account of dissatisfaction for the services availed on the GetMedJob platform. A refund request shall be processed only in case of a double amount remittance/transfer by the candidate or Employer due to any reason whatsoever. In such a scenario, only the extra amount received shall be refunded back to the remitter within 5-7 days. However, GetMedJob (FuturaNexus Private Limited).
