Role and Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, such as X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans.
Ensure that imaging equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
Position patients correctly and provide clear instructions during imaging procedures.
Monitor patients for any adverse reactions to the procedure.
Maintain patient records and ensure patient confidentiality.
Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret imaging results.
Qualifications:
Associate's or bachelor's degree in radiologic technology.
Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
State licensure as a radiologic technologist.
Skills Needed:
