Job Title : Lab Manager

Job Description-

The Lab Manager oversees the operation of the laboratory, ensuring efficient and effective functioning of all laboratory processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise laboratory staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures.
Manage laboratory budgets and resources.
Coordinate with other departments and external agencies as needed.

Qualifications-

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., biology, chemistry, medical technology).
Several years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least some experience in a supervisory role.

Skills Required-

Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of laboratory regulations and quality control standards.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
