Seeking a Junior Accountant to join our team. Responsibilities include assisting with financial tasks, data entry, reconciling accounts, and supporting senior staff. Roles and Responsibilities –

Post and meticulously process journal entries to ensure comprehensive recording of all business transactions.
Maintain and update accounts receivable, issuing accurate invoices.
Manage accounts payable and conduct reconciliations with precision.
Assist in the meticulous preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports in compliance with legal and company guidelines.
Contribute to expense and payroll record reviews as assigned.
Update financial databases for immediate and accurate information retrieval.
Prepare and submit detailed weekly/monthly reports.
Collaborate with senior accountants in the seamless execution of monthly/yearly closings.
Support various accounting projects as required
