Roles and Responsibilities –

Reconcile invoices, diligently identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Generate and update comprehensive expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Manage the preparation of bank deposits, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
Accurately enter financial transactions into internal databases, maintaining data integrity.
Scrutinize spreadsheets for precision, conducting thorough checks for financial accuracy.
Issue invoices to customers and external partners as necessary, following established procedures.
Actively participate in quarterly and annual audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
Organize and maintain both digital and physical financial records for easy retrieval.

Skills Required-

Proven work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk.
Solid knowledge of fundamental bookkeeping procedures.
Familiarity with finance regulations, ensuring compliance in financial activities.
Strong math skills and adept at identifying and rectifying numerical errors.
Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software, such as QuickBooks.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage financial data effectively.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
