Roles and Responsibilities-

• Organize and maintain financial records, both digital and physical.
• Analyze transactions and generate reports as required.
• Conduct regular, thorough audits to ensure financial document accuracy.
• Forecast revenue and assess profit margins for informed decision-making.
• Manage ledger reconciliation and oversee accounts payable/receivable.
• Contribute to budgeting processes to support financial planning.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on financial status.
• Collaborate with Tax Accountants to track tax payments and returns, ensuring compliance.

  Skills required –

• Proficient in accounting and financial procedures.
• Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Experience using accounting software such as FreshBooks and Zoho.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables.
• Strong analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated integrity in handling confidential information.
• Thorough understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.

 Requirements-

• Proven work experience as a Certified Public Accountant or Senior Accountant
• BSc degree in Accounting or Finance and a CPA certification
