Roles and Responsibilities –

Review financial documents for accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Analyze financial data to trace and investigate inconsistencies.
Forecast and prevent financial fraud through diligent analysis.
Report revenue losses and damages resulting from contract breaches.
Investigate complex business cases to mitigate risk.
Provide litigation support and present findings as trial evidence.
Conduct regular financial record audits to ensure legal compliance.
Maintain organized files of all legal cases and attend court as necessary.

Skills required –

Proficient understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Demonstrated experience in accounting and financial procedures.
Comprehensive grasp of forensic auditing methodologies.
Familiarity with accounting software and proficient use of spreadsheets.
Strong investigative and analytical abilities.
Exceptional numeracy skills with a keen eye for detecting inaccuracies.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Requirements –

Proven work experience as a Forensic Accountant, CPA, or relevant role.
BSc degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably with a CPA or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification.
Additional qualification in Economic Crime Investigation or Law Enforcement preferred.
