Roles and Responsibilities –
- Efficiently prepare, file, and retrieve sales-related documents, including contracts.
- Design and update sales proposals, ensuring a polished and professional presentation.
- Maintain accurate account information by updating internal databases.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and demonstrations for the Account Management team.
- Conduct comprehensive research on prospective clients to inform strategic approaches.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal teams for seamless pre- and post-sales service.
- Relay customer feedback to Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams for continuous improvement.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign results to inform future strategies.
- Conduct market and competitive research to stay informed about industry trends.
- Assist in creating promotional materials, such as presentations and videos, to support marketing efforts.
Skills and Qualifications Required-
- Demonstrated proficiency as an Account Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, or equivalent, supported by a proven work history.
- Requires a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional computer skills, particularly in MS Office.
- Hands-on expertise in CRM software.
- Track record in managing marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Possess strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Effective communication skills, coupled with a problem-solving mindset.
