Job Title : Validation Specialist

Job Summary:
The Validation Specialist ensures that all equipment, systems, and processes meet predefined specifications and regulatory requirements through validation protocols. This role focuses on ensuring operational efficiency and compliance in healthcare manufacturing and services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement validation protocols for equipment, processes, and systems.
• Conduct installation, operational, and performance qualification (IQ, OQ, PQ) for new and existing systems.
• Analyze validation data, document findings, and create detailed validation reports.
• Monitor and maintain the validation lifecycle of healthcare products and processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and QA teams to ensure validation objectives are met.
• Stay updated with regulatory guidelines and ensure all validation activities comply with industry standards.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in validation processes in the healthcare industry.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in validation techniques, tools, and documentation.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks like FDA, EU GMP, and ISO standards.
• Strong technical writing and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in handling validation software and tools.
