Job Title : Senior QA Officer

Job Summary:
The QA Officer/Senior QA Officer oversees the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational quality standards. This role requires strong expertise in identifying quality gaps, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular quality inspections, audits, and reviews to ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and ISO standards.
• Develop, review, and update SOPs, quality manuals, and other related documentation.
• Investigate and address non-conformances, deviations, and complaints.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality control measures are effectively implemented.
• Provide training and awareness to staff on quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports and summaries for management review and external audits.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure timely resolution of quality issues.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of quality standards (GMP, ISO 13485) and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in quality management tools and techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
