Job Title : Quality Auditor
Job Summary:
The Quality Auditor is responsible for conducting internal and external audits to ensure the organization’s compliance with established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role focuses on identifying areas for improvement and driving quality excellence.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and execute quality audits for processes, products, and systems.
- Document audit findings and present detailed reports to management.
- Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective measures and ensure their effectiveness.
- Stay updated with changes in quality regulations and standards to align audit processes.
- Provide guidance and support to teams during external regulatory inspections.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
- Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or similar certification preferred.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of audit methodologies and regulatory requirements (GMP, ISO).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Proficient in preparing detailed and clear audit reports.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
