Job Summary:
The Compliance Specialist ensures that the organization adheres to all internal policies, industry regulations, and legal standards. This role focuses on identifying compliance risks, implementing controls, and fostering a culture of ethical practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as FDA, HIPAA, and ISO.
• Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely updates to organizational standards.
• Train employees on compliance policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to resolve compliance-related issues.
• Investigate incidents of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Law, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs in the healthcare sector.
