Job Title : Document Controller
Job Summary:
The Document Controller manages, organizes, and ensures secure storage of all quality-related documents to maintain regulatory compliance and streamline documentation processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of quality assurance documentation, including SOPs, validation reports, and audit trails.
- Implement and manage document control systems for easy retrieval and version control.
- Regularly review and update documents to meet regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure document availability during audits and inspections.
- Ensure proper archival and secure handling of sensitive documents.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Prior experience with document control systems is preferred.
Skills Required:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with healthcare documentation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software.
