The GetMedJob Platform (including any associated mobile applications, websites, and web applications) is provided by FuturaNexus Private Limited (“FuturaNexus”) to enable
The platform is for Job Posters and Job Seekers from Healthcare/Medical/Allied Medical Industry only. This platform has been specifically created to the Jobs available in all department functions in Healthcare/Medical/Allied Medical Industry which includes but not limited to Medical Devices (In-Vitro & In-Vivo), Hospital (all functional areas like doctors, surgeons, paramedical staff, accountants, customer support, engineering etc.), Pharmaceutical (Allopathic, Ayurvedic, homeopathic, Naturopathy, Electropathy and any other), Sutures & Surgicals, Dental, Heath & Wellness, Radiology, Lab Diagnostics etc. (referred to as “Medical Industry”)
Our objective is to provide quality talent to the Medical Industry by eliminating unsuitable job seekers from the platforms and vice-versa. The client should register and pay the applicable fee only if it is from Medical Industry. In case, we find an irrelevant CV, we may not make it live and the payment so received shall stand forfeited.
By using the GetMedJob Platform, you agree to adhere to these Terms of Service along with our Privacy Policy.
As a Client accessing the GetMedJob Platform, you are bound by these Terms of Service and any other rules, regulations, or terms of use provided by GetMedJob related to its services (“GetMedJob Services”).
GetMedJob reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service, rules, and regulations at any time by posting them on the GetMedJob Platform. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications. GetMedJob may also notify Clients of changes via email or notifications within their accounts.
Certain GetMedJob Services may have additional rules and regulations. In case of inconsistency, these additional conditions prevail.
GetMedJob reserves the right to:
Restrict, suspend, or terminate Client’s access to the platform or services.
Modify or discontinue parts of the platform or services.
Remove any material submitted by Client.
Establish general usage guidelines.
Assign rights and liabilities to Client accounts to another entity.
In case of a breach or suspected breach of these Terms of Service by a Client, GetMedJob may restrict, suspend, or terminate access without notice, and take legal actions if deemed necessary.
If GetMedJob charges platform fees and suspends or removes a Client's account due to negligence or deficiency on its part, it will refund the fees unless the suspension or removal results from the Client's breach or circumstances beyond GetMedJob's control.
By accepting these Terms of Service, Client consent to receive communications from GetMedJob or its partners.
When using the GetMedJob Platform and Services, Job Poster can post job opportunities, view candidate profiles, and schedule interviews. Job Seeker can create his profile, upload required data and Resume, avail other premium services against requisite payment to the platform.
To post a job or create profile to get a job, Client must provide accurate information about the job, including role, type (part-time/full-time), work schedule, salary range, required education and experience, and any gender specificity. Client agree not to discriminate and ensure accuracy in job postings and/or profile creation.
Job applications remain active for 60 days, after which they are archived. Client lose access to archived applications after this period. Candidates can reapply to active job posts after 60 days.
Client must adhere to the Code of Conduct when using the GetMedJob Platform and Services.
Ownership:
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to software, content, images, logos, trademarks, underlying the GetMedJob Platform and associated materials, are the sole property of FuturaNexus Private Limited, its affiliates, partners, licensors, and associates. Client are strictly prohibited from exploiting, modifying, or distributing any materials without the express written permission of FuturaNexus.
Client' Content:
Client bear full responsibility for all content they upload or transmit on the GetMedJob Platform ("Client Content"). By uploading content, Clients represent and warrant that they possess all necessary intellectual property rights to the content and agree not to infringe on any third-party rights. Furthermore, Client agree not to display any third-party intellectual property on the platform without proper authorization. In the event of any claims arising from such displays, Client agree to indemnify FuturaNexus against all costs and damages.
License:
By uploading content, Client grant FuturaNexus and its affiliates a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, transfer, transmit, and publish their content for the following purposes:
Displaying Client' Content on the GetMedJob Platform
Distributing Client' Content to potential candidates
Storing Client' Content in a remote database accessible by end users, for a charge.
FuturaNexus does not exercise control over third-party sites linked on the GetMedJob Platform. Client's interactions with third parties, including potential job seeker/job poster, payment providers, and verification service providers, are solely their responsibility. Any issues or disputes arising from such interactions should be addressed directly with the respective vendor. FuturaNexus bears no liability for any loss or damage incurred by Client in connection with third-party transactions.
Privacy Policy:
Client' information, including registration data and payment details, is subject to FuturaNexus's Privacy Policy, which can be accessed on the GetMedJob Platform. FuturaNexus is committed to safeguarding the privacy and confidentiality of Client' information.
Data Sharing:
Client agree to use shared information solely for the purpose of availing services on the GetMedJob Platform. They must ensure the security and confidentiality of shared information and refrain from disclosing or transferring it to any third party without proper authorization.
Misuse:
Client acknowledge that any misuse or unauthorized disclosure of shared information may result in immediate termination of their account and future access restrictions. FuturaNexus reserves the right to take legal action against any Client found to be in violation of these terms.
Compliance:
Client must adhere to these Terms of Service and all platform rules while using the GetMedJob Platform. Any violation of these terms may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to account restriction or deletion.
Registration:
Clients are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and maintain the accuracy of their profile information. Each Client may only operate one account on the GetMedJob Platform.
Security:
Client are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials. They must not share their login details with any third party or allow unauthorized access to their account.
Prohibited Activities:
Client are strictly prohibited from engaging in any activity that violates these Terms of Service or disrupts the operation of the GetMedJob Platform. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to following:
Age Requirement:
Individuals under the age of eighteen (14) are not permitted to register on the GetMedJob Platform. Any false declaration of age may result in immediate termination of the account and indemnification of FuturaNexus against any losses incurred.
Payment Guidelines:
All payments made on the GetMedJob Platform must be processed through verified payment links provided by FuturaNexus/GetMedJob. Client are prohibited from transferring funds to personal accounts of platform staff or engaging in unauthorized transactions. In such a scenario, FuturaNexus and/or it’s associated brand/companies shall not be liable for any refund/damages/claims of whatsoever nature.

Security Measures:
Client are advised to keep their login credentials secure and refrain from sharing sensitive payment information with any unauthorized party. Any suspicious activity should be reported to platform support immediately.
Prohibited Transactions:
Client must not engage in transactions involving the transfer of funds to personal accounts of platform staff or any unauthorized recipient. Such transactions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.
Transaction Confirmation:
Client should always wait for confirmation of transactions processed on the GetMedJob Platform. In case of any issues or discrepancies, Client are encouraged to contact platform support for assistance promptly.
Age Requirement:
Participation on the GetMedJob Platform is limited to individuals aged 14 years and above. Only those who meet this age requirement are eligible to access and utilize the platform's services.
Residency:
The GetMedJob Platform is exclusively available to individuals currently residing In India and Nepal. Users must be physically present in respective country to register and use the platform.
Registration Criteria:
Individuals desiring to participate on the GetMedJob Platform must possess a valid email address and mobile phone number. These contact details are essential for account registration and communication purposes.
Account Restrictions:
GetMedJob reserves the right to restrict access to its platform for individuals found to be in violation of the Terms of Service or the Code of Conduct. Any such violations may lead to the suspension or termination of the individual's GetMedJob account.
Job Posting Eligibility:
Only registered Client who have successfully completed the registration process on the GetMedJob Platform are eligible to post job listings.
Amicable Settlement Attempt:
In the event of a dispute between a Client and GetMedJob regarding the GetMedJob Services or these Terms of Service, the parties will first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. This attempt must be made within 30 days of the dispute being communicated in writing.
Arbitration:
If amicable settlement efforts fail, either party may initiate arbitration by serving a formal notice. The dispute will then be referred to and resolved by an Arbitral Tribunal according to the Rules of the Chandigarh Arbitration Centre. The arbitration process will take place in Chandigarh, India, and the arbitration award will be final and binding.
Equitable Relief:
Parties retain the right to seek interim or permanent equitable relief from competent courts in Chandigarh, India, in addition to arbitration. Pursuing equitable relief does not waive the obligation to resolve disputes through arbitration.
Voluntary Access and Assumption of Risk:
Clients acknowledge that accessing the GetMedJob Services provided via the GetMedJob Platform is done voluntarily and at their own risk. GetMedJob /FuturaNexus disclaims any responsibility or liability for any loss or damage suffered by Client or any other individual or entity during their use of the GetMedJob Platform.
Release and Indemnification:
By accessing the GetMedJob Platform and utilizing its services, Client release and agree to indemnify GetMedJob/FuturaNexus, its directors, employees, partners, associates, and licensors from any liability, costs, losses, or expenses arising from their use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, whether directly, indirectly, or consequentially, due to negligent acts or omissions.
Error Disclaimer:
GetMedJob/FuturaNexus bears no liability for errors or omissions, whether made by itself or third parties, in relation to the data or information published on the GetMedJob Platform.
Responsibility for Actions:
Clients are solely responsible for any consequences arising from their access to GetMedJob Services, including engaging in illegal acts or non-compliance with the platform's Terms of Service and other regulations. Clients agree to indemnify GetMedJob/FuturaNexus, its officers, directors, employees, and agents for any loss or damage suffered by Client due to such actions.
Indemnification Against Third-Party Claims:
Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold GetMedJob harmless from any claims made by third parties arising from or related to the Client's engagement with the GetMedJob Platform. GetMedJob shall not be liable to Client for any acts or omissions related to their use of the platform.
Waiver of Claims:
In consideration of being allowed to access the GetMedJob Platform, Clients waive and release any rights or claims against GetMedJob, its agents, directors, officers, business associates, employees, or representatives for any injuries, accidents, or mishaps, whether known or unknown, arising from the provision of GetMedJob Services.
Information Handling:
GetMedJob, it’s parent/holding company FuturaNexus, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, and employees are not responsible for the deletion, failure to store, mis-delivery, or untimely delivery of any information or material.
Harm Disclaimer:
GetMedJob shall not be liable for any harm resulting from the download or access of information or material, server quality, or the quality of GetMedJob Services or sites.
User Responsibility:
Any material accessed or downloaded through the GetMedJob Platform is done at the discretion, competence, and risk of the Client. Client are solely responsible for any potential damage to their computer systems or loss of data resulting from such downloads.
Warranty Disclaimer:
While GetMedJob endeavours to ensure that the GetMedJob Platform is error-free and secure, it makes no warranty regarding the platform meeting Client's requirements, being uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or the accuracy and reliability of results obtained from its use. GetMedJob does not guarantee and/or ensures to get a Job to the Job Seeker and get a candidate to the Job Poster, in response to it’s action like registration on the platform and/or purchasing various service offerings from time to time. The platform does it’s best to make Job Seekers visible to the suitable Job Poster and vice-versa. No claim of whatsoever nature shall be entertained for getting unexpected results from the GetMedJob platform.
Error Rectification:
GetMedJob reserves the right to rectify errors in its discretion, including deductions from Client accounts. GetMedJob agrees to notify Client of any errors and the remedies undertaken to rectify them.
Limitation of Liability:
Neither GetMedJob/FuturaNexus nor its partners, licensors, or associates shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Service Termination:
Any GetMedJob Services requiring specific permissions or authority may be cancelled or terminated if such permissions are not obtained or are denied. In the event of service suspension or closure, Clients are not entitled to make any demands or claims.
If a Client has any complaints or grievances regarding:
(i) Content believed to violate these Terms (excluding Intellectual Property Rights infringement),
(ii) Access to the GetMedJob Platform, or
(iii) Content prima facie considered obscene, defamatory, or involving impersonation in electronic form, including artificially morphed images, please communicate the concerns via email to: info@GetMedjob.com
The complaint or grievance should include the following details:
Name and contact information: name, address, contact number, and email address.
Relationship to the subject matter: complainant or authorized representative.
Name and age of the affected individual (if applicable), along with authorization to act on their behalf and provide their personal information.
Clear description of the complaint or grievance, specifying the identified Content.
Statement of good faith belief that the Content violates these Terms and Conditions.
Affirmation of accuracy in the information provided.
GetMedJob respects Intellectual Property Rights. Client are encouraged to report any infringements on the GetMedJob Platform by providing:
Clear identification of the allegedly infringed copyrighted work.
Identification of the infringing material.
Contact details: name, address, email address, and phone number.
Statement of good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is unauthorized.
Affirmation of accuracy in the provided information, along with authorization to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Client’s signature or signature of their authorized agent.

Upon receipt of such complaints, grievances, or notices, GetMedJob/FuturaNexus reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action. Further clarification or assistance may be sought from the Client to facilitate the investigation process.

This Grievance Officer is appointed in accordance with relevant laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. The Company reserves the right to replace the Grievance Redressal Officer as deemed necessary, with such replacement being published on the website.
When you opt for our paid Services, you are bound by additional terms specific to the Services ("Paid Services") you are utilizing.
Your access to the GetMedJob Platform, ability to post jobs, and access candidate profiles, search jobs, contact job poster, apply for job etc., depend on the particular Paid Services you choose. GetMedJob/FuturaNexus reserves the right to modify the nature and delivery method of the Paid Services at any time without incurring liability. Additionally, GetMedJob/FuturaNexus may suspend or discontinue any Paid Services, either temporarily or permanently, without prior notice or liability.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you waive the right to claim against GetMedJob/FuturaNexus for non-delivery of Paid Services after their suspension or discontinuation.
GetMedJob/FuturaNexus, at its discretion, will determine if any refunds are warranted for non-provision of Paid Services. Refunds, if applicable, will be made pro-rata to the usage of Paid Services, with no refunds issued for the full amount paid.
To access Paid Services, you must purchase a specific Paid Service. The current Paid Services offered by GetMedJob include:
You must pay a specified fee for each Job Post you wish to publish via the GetMedJob Platform as per the plans specified on platform.
The validity of the Job Post and the number of leads (i.e., candidate applications) you can receive per Job Post depend on the fee paid/plan enrolled for.
GetMedJob reserves the right to adjust the validity period of a Job Post and the number of leads you are eligible to receive.
For a specified fee, you can view the database of candidate profiles (each termed as a "Database View").
The number of Database Views you are entitled to depends on the fee paid.
GetMedJob reserves the right to adjust the number of Database Views.
By purchasing a Subscription Plan, you gain access to specific Job Posts and/or Database Views via the GetMedJob Platform.
Each Subscription Plan is valid for a defined period ("Subscription Validity").
Subscription Plans entitle you to a specific number of Job Posts, views, and/or downloads of candidate profiles ("Database Views").
If you exhaust the allotted Job Posts or Database Views during the Subscription Validity, you may need to pay an additional amount for more Job Posts or Database Views. GetMedJob may allow a top-up of the existing Subscription Plan or require you to purchase an additional plan, depending on the nature of your initial Subscription Plan and the Paid Services offered at the time.
By paying for this service, the Job Seeker shall be able to create his Resume in the limited templates as shown to him/her under the selected payment plan. This service does not ensures a job and is a basic service which is helping the Job Seeker to post a reasonably relevant Resume to create a decent impression on the prospective employer i.e. Job Poster on the platform.
This service is available to both the Job Seeker as well as Job Poster. The job seeker takes an assessment test on the selected skill set(s) to enhance its visibility to the Job Poster looking for the same skill sets in the candidate. At the same time the Job Seeker can avail paid service to search for suitable candidate from the database of candidates who have already taken relatable assessment test. The Job Poster may also be provided with additional service of creating customized assessment test for the candidates.
GetMedJob reserves the right to limit the number of Job Posts and/or Database Views to protect GetMedJob's and candidates' data and maintain platform efficiency.
Job Posts may be removed, visibility reduced, or responses restricted if deemed necessary by GetMedJob.
Database Views may be limited if GetMedJob determines that you have viewed or downloaded a sufficient number of candidate profiles.
Certain Paid Services may require purchasing "GetMedJob Points" representing the value of your payment.
The number of GetMedJob Points needed to use Paid Services will be communicated to you during purchase or utilization.
GetMedJob Points cannot be transferred to another person once purchased.
GetMedJob/FuturaNexus retains the authority to decline any Job Post/CV upload or provided information/data without furnishing a reason, either prior to or after the Job Post's publication. However, in such cases, any payment made may be refunded to the user on a pro-rata basis at GetMedJob's sole discretion.
By posting or uploading a job posting on the GetMedJob Platform, users confirm that they have obtained all necessary licenses/permits for recruitment. Users also agree to indemnify GetMedJob/FuturaNexus against all claims and damages arising from actions related to the job posting.
GetMedJob/FuturaNexus does not guarantee satisfactory responses or any response at all to a Job Post once it is live on the platform. Additionally, overlaps between responses to a Job Post and Database Views may occur.
GetMedJob/FuturaNexus may collaborate with third parties to provide parts of the Paid Services. However, GetMedJob makes no warranties regarding these third-party services and assumes no liability for their provision.
Users are solely responsible for verifying and authenticating any information or responses received, at their own cost and expense.
Paid Services commence only upon receipt of payment for the Subscription Plan, either directly from the user or from a third party authorized in writing.
Users may be required to confirm that Job Posts relate to genuine jobs and that they have the authority to make such posts. Users undertake not to require any financial commitment or payment in kind from candidates applying for Job Posts on the GetMedJob Platform.
Subscription Plans are non-transferable and non-resalable.
Users do not hold any copyright or other Intellectual Property Rights over the data uploaded via a Job Post to the GetMedJob Platform.
Disputes arising from the use of Paid Services and Subscription Plans are to be resolved according to applicable Indian laws.
Account access on the GetMedJob Platform is determined by the manner in which users access the Paid Services.
For individual access to Paid Services, users must create an account and purchase a Subscription Plan or GetMedJob Points. GetMedJob Points purchased cannot be transferred to another person.
For organizational access, users must create an Enterprise Account to enable their employees, agents, or representatives to utilize the Services. Designated Users may create individual accounts to access the Services on behalf of the organization.
Upon receipt of payment for a Subscription Plan, GetMedJob credits the Enterprise Account with the relevant number of credits. The number of credits required for Job Posts and Database Views may vary.
Designated Users' previously purchased GetMedJob Pointsare transferred to the Enterprise Account. Users must obtain necessary consent from Designated Users for their addition to the Enterprise Account and transfer of GetMedJob Points
Invoices for Subscription Plans are raised on the Enterprise Account.
Users are responsible for utilizing GetMedJob Points only for relevant Job Categories and geographic areas. GetMedJob is not liable for refunds if GetMedJob Points are mistakenly used for Job Posts in ineligible categories or areas. The services like Resume Builder and Assessment test shall be activated against receipt of payment only.
Resume Builder service payment is one time service payment i.e. once the user downloads the Resume, the service stands completed. The platform does not keep a copy of the Resume created on its servers. Therefore, once downloaded it becomes the responsibility of the user to save copy of the same with him. GetMedJob/FuturaNexus shall not entertain any claim of refund of money or issuing copy of the Resume created.
Assessment test service if taken by a Job Seeker, shall be considered fully rendered once the Job Seeker completes the test. In case, the job seeker could not score good due to any reason and does not want to display the result of the assessment test on his/her profile; GetMedJob/FuturaNexus shall not be responsible for the refund of money and/or giving another chance for taking test. To ensure that the candidate scores good in the skill based test (excluding personality test), GetMedJob/FuturaNexus provides free reading content in the form of pdf, ppt etc. after the payment is made by the candidate for the assessment test.
The validity period of a Paid Job Post depends on the respective service plan of GetMedJob used.
No refunds are issued once GetMedJob Points are utilized, except for cases where GetMedJob is unable to provide the Services. Refunds are pro-rata to the unused GetMedJob Points.
Users must register each Designated User with GetMedJob and may be required to provide documentation confirming their affiliation with the organization.
Designated Users may be required to download the GetMedJob App to access certain Paid Services. Users must ensure the accuracy of personal data provided by Designated Users.
GetMedJob ensures the confidentiality of personal data entered by Authorized Users.
Designated Users may be suspended or banned from using the GetMedJob Platform due to violations of terms and conditions. GetMedJob bears no obligation or liability related to such Designated Users.
Individual Subscription Plans of Designated Users may be merged into the Enterprise Account at GetMedJob's discretion. Users must obtain necessary consent from Designated Users for this merge.
Invoices for Subscription Plans are raised for all accounts. The GST invoice is created for Enterprise account wherein the user has provided such relevant details. GetMedJob/FuturaNexus may require copy of GSTIN to verify the same. In any case, it is sole responsibility of the user to provide correct GST details of his/her account.
GetMedJob reserves the right to restrict the number of Job Posts per Enterprise Account at its sole discretion.
