Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our cardiovascular division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, developing strategies to increase market share, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the cardiovascular market, and the ability to drive results in a competitive environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive performance and meet sales goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and opinion leaders.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions for the sales team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in the cardiovascular segment.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
