Job Title : Floor Supervisor

Job Summary:
Supports the Floor Manager in overseeing the daily operations and managing staff activities on the hospital floor.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assign tasks to nursing and support staff.
• Ensure patient rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Monitor patient care and address immediate concerns or emergencies.
• Maintain records of staff attendance, shifts, and activities.
• Assist in managing inventory and reporting shortages to the Floor Manager.
• Enforce hospital policies and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications Needed:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a healthcare setting.

Skills Required:

• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of patient care and hospital operations.
• Team management and conflict resolution skills.
