Job Title : Anesthesiologist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Anesthesiologist to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical, diagnostic, or therapeutic procedures. They will ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after the procedures while working collaboratively with surgeons and other medical professionals.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Assess patients' medical histories and perform pre-anesthetic evaluations to determine appropriate anesthesia plans.
Administer various types of anesthesia, including general, regional, and local, based on the nature of the procedure and the patient's condition.
Monitor patients’ vital signs during procedures and adjust anesthesia levels as needed.
Provide pain management and postoperative care to patients recovering from anesthesia.
Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Respond promptly to emergency situations, including resuscitation or managing anesthesia-related complications.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of anesthesia care and patient monitoring.
Stay updated on advancements in anesthetic techniques, medications, and equipment.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols, infection control measures, and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

MBBS degree with an MD/DNB in Anesthesiology from a recognized institution.
Valid medical license to practice as an Anesthesiologist.
Proven experience as an Anesthesiologist, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
