Job Title : Research and Development Scientist

Job Description-

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Research and Development Scientist to join our pharmaceutical R&D team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting research to develop new pharmaceutical products or improve existing ones. The role involves designing experiments, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance our R&D projects.

Role and Responsibilities-

• Plan and conduct experiments to develop new pharmaceutical products or improve existing ones.
• Analyze experimental data and prepare reports to document research findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including chemistry, biology, and regulatory affairs, to advance R&D projects.
• Stay current with developments in pharmaceutical research and technology to inform project strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all research activities.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to project planning and decision-making.

Qualifications Required-

• Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field. Master's degree with relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical research and development.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical R&D processes and techniques.
• Experience with analytical instruments and data analysis software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Skills Needed-

• Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good presentation skills and ability to communicate complex scientific concepts effectively.

• Experience with project management software is a plus.
