Job Description -
The Officer/Senior Officer - Research Analyst is responsible for conducting research and analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning within the pharmaceutical industry. They will gather and analyze data, prepare reports, and provide insights and recommendations to management.
Role and Responsibilities-
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive intelligence within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Analyze data on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present reports with findings, insights, and recommendations to management.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing products and services, as well as potential new products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to support business objectives.
- Stay updated with industry developments, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications Required-
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in market research or business analysis within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and market dynamics.
