Job Description-

Seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead effective risk management and strategize the organization's financial direction. Roles and Responsibilities –

• Drive financial planning initiatives for the company.
• Perform risk analysis on liabilities and investments.
• Determine investment strategies, considering cash and liquidity risks.
• Control and assess fundraising plans and capital structure.
• Maintain appropriate cash flow for operational needs.
• Oversee all finance personnel, including controllers and treasurers.
• Manage vendor relationships effectively.
• Prepare accurate current and forecasted financial reports.

  Skills Required –

• In-depth expertise in corporate financial law and risk management.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and forecasting techniques.
• Skilled in utilizing MS Office and financial software such as SAP.

   Requirements –

• Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role.
• BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus.
• 8-10 Years if experience
