Job Summary:

The Senior Executive – Production is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality compliance, and adherence to GMP standards. This role plays a key part in executing batch production activities and coordinating with cross-functional teams for efficient operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute day-to-day manufacturing activities as per batch production records (BPRs).

• Ensure adherence to GMP, safety, and SOPs during production processes.

• Monitor production output to meet daily and monthly targets.

• Maintain documentation and records as per regulatory and company standards.

• Coordinate with QA/QC, maintenance, and warehouse for smooth plant operations.

• Train junior staff/workmen on operational protocols and equipment handling.

• Assist in handling deviations, CAPAs, and process improvements.

• Ensure timely calibration and preventive maintenance of production equipment.

• Participate in audits (internal and external) and provide necessary documentation.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes

• Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and regulatory norms

• Team supervision and reporting skills

• Good documentation and computer skills (Excel, ERP)
