The Operations Head is responsible for the overall operational efficiency, strategic planning, and execution of day-to-day activities across healthcare centers or units. The role ensures service excellence, resource optimization, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth across all departments and centers.
Oversee and manage operations of all departments (clinical and non-clinical).
Ensure smooth functioning of patient services, front office, pharmacy, nursing, housekeeping, diagnostics, and support functions.
Implement operational SOPs, quality standards, and cost controls.
Drive process improvements, patient satisfaction, and operational KPIs.
Lead cross-functional teams and manage performance reviews, training, and development.
Coordinate with department heads and doctors for operational support.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, audits, and safety protocols.
Plan and manage budgets, optimize resource allocation, and reduce operational wastage.
Monitor MIS reports, dashboards, and strategic performance indicators.
Lead new project rollouts, center expansions, or technology implementation.
