Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with potential and existing clients. The role involves promoting products/services, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.

  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Present and demonstrate products/services to potential customers.

  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring profitability.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups to drive repeat business.

  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports for management.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1-3 years in sales, preferably in [specify industry, e.g., healthcare, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, etc.].

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
