Job Summary

Provides technical support to users by resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

Qualifications Needed

Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and basic networking.

Skills Required

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Familiarity with ticketing systems like JIRA.
